Hey everyone! A big milestone that we hit last month was finishing the design prototype. We've incorporated a lot of new ideas based on the feedback we've heard from you, our fans. Now that the design and interaction has been outlined and refined we have moved on to the fun stuff - deep development work. We are also making huge strides on our robust food and recipe databases, back end, and API points to communicate to your SmartTags.

Hello Team Ovie!
It's been a crazy productive summer for Ovie and we wanted to share a progress update with you.
We've had our heads down finalizing development leading to a pilot run, and we're pleased to say everything is moving along nicely. Our prototypes proved out our concept, but to move into mass production we needed to shrink the board just a little bit, ensure we've selected the right chipsets and hardware for long-term success, and coordinate with our mechanical engineers to make sure that Smarterware is a joy to use for every customer.
That's our Chief Product Officer, Dave, on the phone with our ME and hardware development teams getting everything squared away.
Dave always has a cup of coffee - well, let's be honest, all of us kinda live on coffee - and if you look closely you can see some fun drawings from the Ovie founders' kiddos on the wall. Their creativity is always an inspiration to us!
We're having a blast building Smarterware for you, and, as always, thank you so much for your support and for believing in what we're doing. We're grateful to have you as a part of Team Ovie!
